NV "Lexy's Toast" Sparkling Brut

Finished with a dose of our Hog Wilde Chardonnay, this bubbly carries a crisp minerality and a clean finish. The high acid brings forth flavors of gooseberry, balanced by notes of white peach and anjou pear. The alcohol is only 12.17% - so you won't be needing a stopper for this lovely bubbly as you can definitely drink it in one sitting!
